Potters Bar Town played out their fifth draw in six Calor Southern League Division One Central games last night (Tuesday) with a 3-3 home draw against Marlow.

The Scholars equalised just before the break through Josh Hutchinson, with his third goal in two matches, after going behind three minutes earlier to a Devontea Romeo effort.

Bar found themselves chasing the game again early in the second half as they conceded twice with Romeo and Jon Bennett putting the away side 3-1 ahead.

However, Bar fought back to force a 3-3 draw with Tom Laxton and Tobi Akin goals.

A draw could have been expected ahead of the game between two sides who sit side by side, Marlow 16th and Bar 17th, in the league table.

Bar are at home to Chertsey Town on Saturday.
