HERTS Signs Under-12s defeated local rivals Potters Bar United Whites Under-12s 3-2 in a hard-fought match with plenty of skill on show.

Signs went 2-0 up with both goals scored by Kieran Taylor only to be cancelled out by a strong fight-back in the second half from Potters Bar to make it 2-2.

But Herts Signs never gave up and seemed to move up a gear.

With five minutes to go the ball was played out wide to Jake Johnson who sprinted past his man and lobbed the keeper.

It was a fantastic goal and a great response that finished the game so well.

The management would like to thank everyone in the team who have deserved all their success this season.
