VINCE Rispoli had to be taken to hospital after coming off during the Citizens' 3-0 away defeat to Chalfont St Peter.

The WGC defender, who is recovering from a bout of food poisoning, was left crumpled on the deck after a 50-50 challenge.

Rispoli's stomach and back muscles had gone into spasm and he could not lift himself off the ground. He was given oxygen in an ambulance and could be a doubt for the game against Biggleswade United on Saturday.
