Scottish giants Rangers have snapped up Welwyn’s Dominic Ball on a season-long loan from Tottenham Hotspur.

The 20-year-old defender has joined Mark Warburton’s Scottish Championship side along with fellow Spurs youngster Nathan Oduwa.

The pair will look to impress and improve during their time at Ibrox.

Ball, an England U20 international, Tweeted: “Buzzing to have signed for @RangersFC on loan, looking forward to helping them have a successful season!”

The former Welwyn Pegasus player had a loan spell with Sky Bet League Two Cambridge United last season.
