Watton-at Stone’s Harry Toffolo had a mixed Wembley weekend in the Football League play-offs.

On Sunday, the young defender, on loan at Swindon Town from Norwich City, played 66 minutes of the Robins’ 4-0 defeat to Preston North End in the League One Play-Off final.

Disappointed by the four-goal loss, Toffolo watched on as his parent club beat Middlesbrough 2-0 in the Championship Play-Off final on Bank Holiday Monday.

The 19-year-old ex-Welwyn Pegasus junior played 30 times for Swindon this campaign.
