AN under-strength Panshanger Whites Under-15s side smashed their Nazeing Youth counterparts 7-2.

Whites went a goal down early on against Nazeing, but not long after striker Warren Clayson equalised with a superb lob from distance.

The defensive combination of George Milsted, Aaron Hemsley and Sam Johnson ensured Nazeing did not regain the lead.

Further goals from Michael Montague, Chad Austin and Clayson again saw the Whites go into the interval 4-1 leaders.

The second half saw Nazeing more determined, but with skipper Charlie Kelly making a fine save at a vital point in the match, the opposition seemed to fade.

This resulted in further goals from Michael Montague and Chad Austin, which netted a brace apiece for each of the three strikers.

Bizarrely, Panshanger's last came from a deflected cross, which was an own goal claimed by Whites' winger Lewis Whitehead.

A late consolation for Nazeing from an unfortunate headed own-goal just before the final whistle made the score 7-2 to the Whites.
