Archant

Knebworth cruised into the quarter finals of the Herts Senior Centenary Trophy with a 9-0 drubbing of Berkhamsted Reserves.

Three blunders gifted Knebworth an early advantage and deflated the Spartan South Midlands Premier Division league leaders second string.

It was a blow they never recovered from.

Kieran Klimek led the way with four goals after Max Taylor had started the ball rolling.

Kadeem Gutzmore and Tobi Omotosho shared the remaining four equally between them.

Knebworth, who are currently ninth in the Herts Senior County League Premier Division, will face London Lions of SSML Division One in the last eight.

That game is scheduled for Saturday, December 2.
