HERTS Signs Under-11s bounced back from a recent defeat to see off Hertford Heath Juniors 5-1.

Signs lost 4-0 in the quarter-final of the League Cup to Harlow Sports recently.

But they bounced back against Hertford Heath in the Mid Herts Rural Minors League with an emphatic win.

The first half saw chances from both teams with an excellent penalty save from Shay Tanna in the Herts goal.

Signs were 3-0 up by half-time.

The second half saw a change in the system and two further goals followed with Hertford pulling one back towards the end of play.

Goals from Daniel Norman, Dean Hicks, Kaleb Hill and Jordon M Foster saw off the visitors.

Man-of-the-match for the day was awarded to two players - Shay Tanna and Jack Williams.
