HATFIELD Town sunk to the bottom of the SSML Premier Division after Saturday’s 1-0 home defeat to Aylesbury United.

The only goal of the game at the Gosling Stadium came 10 minutes from time from Stacey Field.

While Hatfield slipped to the foot of the table, they do have games in hand over the majority of the teams in the division.

Hatfield are scheduled to host fellow SSML Premier Division side Stotfold tonight (Tuesday) at the Gosling Stadium in the second round of the Premier Division Cup.
