IT was unlucky 13 for Hertford Heath as Gosling Youth Under-13s went goal crazy.

The WGC side produced an excellent 13-0 victory in the Mid Herts Rural Minors League fixture, a game that included the side's 100th competitive goal of the season.

The goal glut was started when Ben Lanza hammered home following some good team play.

He soon claimed a second straight away from a corner.

Josh Eckley scored a first-half hat-trick as the 5-0 score put the game well beyond Hertford Heath and allowed Gosling to change their formation for the second half.

Man of the match George D'Arcy started off the second period with the goal of the game.

Liam Catchpole soon added a seventh, before Martin Roberts scored the important 100th goal of the season, a magnificent milestone for a very hard working team.

Further goals from Catchpole, Eckley and an excellent hat-trick by Ned Birss finished off the scoring.
