LEMSFORD Reserves continued their battle against relegation as they grabbed another vital three points against Knebworth's second string on Saturday.

Stuart Morrison's side enjoyed a 3-0 victory against the K's at Lemsford Village Hall back in December and again won by a three-goal margin in Saturday's return fixture.

Bradley Anderson, who was sent off back on that December afternoon, grabbed a brace this time around to set Lemsford on their way to victory.

He netted his 10th and 11th goals of the season respectively.

Striker Sam Matshogoto also grabbed a goal in the derby.

Young substitute Jamie Rayner came off the bench to grab two goals on his first ever start for the club.

The 18-year-old will be hoping he started his Lemsford career as he means to go on, scoring with his very first touch.

Morrison's men are still not clear of relegation, but four victories from their last five games will give them encouragement in their fight.

Three of their final four fixtures are at home, starting with this Saturday's game with Bovingdon at Lemsford Village Hall.
