The 53rd final of the Potters Bar Charity Cup will be at the Pakex Stadium between Cuffley and current holders Potters Bar Town on Thursday (May 7), kick off 7.45 pm.

To get to the final Herts Senior League side Cuffley defeated Old Owens 3-1 in the last four while The Southern League Scholars hammered Cockfosters 6-0.

This year’s competition is in honour of Eddie Harvey.

Eddie ran the tournament for more than 30 years, but died in March this year after suffering from Dementia, his wife Joyce will be in attendance at the final.

The competition raises money for local charities.
