POTTERS Bar’s Henri Lansbury has today (Tuesday) extended his contract with Arsenal.

The 20-year-old, who attended Chancellor’s School, in Brookmans Park, and is currently on loan with West Ham United, has extended his contract with the North London side after originally penning a deal in December 2009.

The England Under 21 midfielder has had a successful start to the season, having made two appearances for the Gunners and then scoring for the Hammers on his loan debut, a 4-3 victory over Portsmouth this weekend.

A spokeswoman for the Gunners told the Potters Bar Edition the club does not reveal how long contract extensions run for.
