Five Mavericks chosen for England World Cup squad

Five Hertfordshire Mavericks have been named in England’s initial 19-strong squad as the countdown to the 2015 Netball World Cup in Sydney.

The Corbin sisters, Kadeen and Sasha, Layla Guscoth, Lindsay Keable and Sophia Candappa will all take part in training camps under the watchful eye of coach Tracey Neville. before the squad is cut to 12 at the end of June.

The tournament, being broadcast live on Sky Sports, begins on August 7, with the medals being decided on August 16.
