LEWIS Hamilton has finished today's Monaco Grand Prix in 12th place.
The defending F1 world champion from Herts finished outside the points as an elated Jenson Button took the chequered flag once again.
Hamilton, the youngest world title winner in history, won in Monaco last season but fellow Brit Button is the new king of Monte Carlo's famous street circuit.
The Brawn GP driver won the most prestigious race in the F1 calendar from pole position for his fifth grand prix victory of an incredible season.
Button is the first driver to win a hat-trick of successive races since Michael Schumacher in 2006 and the first Brit to win three in a row since Damon Hill in 1996.
Rubens Barrichello made it another one-two for Ross Brawn and his team.
Kimi Raikkonen took the third step on the podium ahead of Ferrari team-mate Felipe Massa.
Mark Webber finished fifth in the Red Bull with Nick Rosberg sixth for Williams.
