Dean in line for British Open

A TOP Hertfordshire polo player is set to compete at a prestigious national event.

Dean Lines, who lives in Datchworth, has been invited to play at the British Open Show Jumping Championships in Birmingham from April 3-6.

Lines competed at last year's event and will join leading arena players Tim Bown, Jack Kidd, Philip Baker, Jamie Morrison and Howard Smith at Birmingham's NEC to battle head to head for the British Open High Goal Arena Polo Challenge against a host of top players.
