Press conference no show from Chris Eubank Jnr ahead of Billy Joe Saunders clash

Chris Eubank Jnr failed to show up to a scheduled press conference alongside Hatfield’s Billy Joe Saunders ahead of their bout at the ExCel London.
The two, who have waged a war of words ahead of their fight on Saturday November 29, had been expected to meet face-to-face this morning [Monday] in what was set to be a highly anticipated explosive meeting.
However, while European, Commonwealth and British middleweight champion Saunders and his trainer Jimmy Tibbs sat to Frank Warren’s left, two seats, marked for Eubank Jnr and his father, remained empty to his right until a cardboard cut out of Eubank Jnr was placed there.
It is not the first time the Eubanks have not attended a press conference with Saunders, in June the same thing happened.
The two will have to meet at some point ahead of the Bad Blood show, headlined by Dereck Chisora’s rematch with Tyson Fury, either at another press conference in fight week or at the weigh-in.
