KNEBWORTH Park's 2nd XI were in fine fettle at Harpenden on Saturday.

Just like the club's 1st XI, the Park's second team comfortably won their pre-season friendly.

Under-16 left-armer Charlie Randall was the pick of the bowlers with figures of 4-45 and with Jack Thorn taking 3-40 and Adam Ekekiel 3-41, the home side were bowled out for 201.

Aussie all-rounder Ekekiel then struck an unbeaten 111 in his first innings in England.

With Colin Letford also hitting 54 runs, the Park won comfortably by seven wickets on 205-3.
