A WOMAN had to be cut from her car after a serious road accident in Potters Bar.
The 18-year-old was freed by firefighters and taken to Barnet General Hospital after the vehicle in which she was travelling left the road and crashed into trees and bushes.
Two other passengers, namely a 15-year-old girl and a 39-year-old woman, were also hospitalised after sustaining minor injuries in the crash.
Road closures were put in place for some two hours following the accident, which took place in Baker Street at around 8.10am on Saturday.
The condition of the 18-year-old is currently not known.
