Woman injured after being hit by a train in Hatfield.


A woman was hit by a train at Hatfield Station this morning but her injuries are ‘not believed to be life-threatening’.

The British Transport Police states online: “Just before 9am today, we were called to Hatfield Station following reports that a person was struck by a train.

“Officers from British Transport Police are on scene alongside paramedics from the East of England Ambulance service who are treating a woman for injuries.

“Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

“This incident is not being treated as suspicious.”
