A WOMAN has been seriously injured after a car crash this morning (Friday).
Police, fire and paramedics are all at the scene of the crash which happened just before 10am today.
A police spokeswoman said: “It is reported that she backed into a tree.
“She is badly injured and believed to be in her 30s.”
Ambulance service spokesman Gary Sanderson said the air ambulance had been called in to the scene near the junction of Cole Green Road and Howlands.
