Paul Dyson, who has won five national awards for his work, is showcasing his most recent framed and unframed paintings and prints of wildlife from his trips in the UK and abroad.

He has come to Hatfield for the annual Living Crafts event, which is taking place at Hatfield House, from today until Sunday, May 13.

Daily opening times are from 10am until 5pm.

All of Paul’s paintings are inspired by his own personal experiences in the wild and every painting has a story behind them.

He studied Art & Design at Mansfield College of Art, taking up a career in Graphic Design and finally taking the plunge to work full-time on his wildlife and wilderness paintings 22 years ago.

Meticulous observation and research have always been a priority for Paul, taking him to many beautiful and remote areas of the world.

He has watched tigers in India, camped in the wild to see the dramatic wildlife of East Africa and searched for snow leopards in the Himalayas.
