Revealed: Welwyn Hatfield’s most expensive residential properties bought in 2017

Our top 20 list of the most expensive homes in Welwyn Hatfield shows that residential property prices at some of the most desirable locations have hit almost £2.5 million.

According to the Land Registry, two of the most expensive houses bought in the district last year are on the leafy Kentish Lane in Brookmans Park.

One of these sold for £2,425,000 in November last year - topping the overall list - while a second reached £2,100,000.

Brookmans Park addresses show up another eleven times in the top 20 most expensive homes of last year.

Another pricey street in the area is Brookmans Avenue, which shows up three times in the list.

Sherrardspark Road in Welwyn Garden City also appears twice in the top 20.
