WELWYN Thalians presented their second annual old time musical concert in WGC with many sketches played by familiar faces.
The show was performed at Campus West Theatre, on April 3 and 4.
Peter Farrell conducted singers performing breathtaking songs including I Love Paris and Sweet Chariots.
A duet by Katy Clementson and Tammy Wall singing I Know Him So Well was haunting.
Master of ceremonies, Pete Dunham, was harassed by traffic wardens, and a short burst of Shakespeare by Brian King and schoolboy Terry Cull was hilarious.
The audience tapped their feet and clapped their hands for most of the show.
Appreciation of a good time was shown by prolonged applause for the artists who made the night memorable.
The raffle on the two nights raised over 300 for the Isabel Hospice based in WGC.
It was a great show and there was so much laughter.
