AN off-licence has been raided twice in just 11 days.
Wine Rack in Welwyn was first targeted by thieves on July 19, and then again on Thursday.
Cigarettes and alcohol, thought to be worth nearly �6,000, were stolen during the early morning raids.
It is not yet known whether the two incidents are linked.
