Robert Chubb: 30, of Goldings, Hatfield.

Stole tobacco and drink worth £54.37 from Shell in Stevenage on November 13.

Stole four staples, a make-up bag and a purse worth £45 in Stevenage on November 15.

Stole three FCUK fragrance sets worth £44.97 from B and M Home Bargains on November 22 in Stevenage.

Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence.

Chubb was ordered to pay compensation not just for the offences listed above, but also in relation to offences taken into consideration.

In total, Chubb was ordered to pay compensation for 10 offences.

Jailed for 21 weeks because magistrates considered the offences especially serious due to a pattern of offending.

He must also carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

Restraining order made.

Got on a train without having a valid ticket in St Albans on July 10.

Drove a blue Mini Cooper on the A1(M) southbound between Junctions 9 and 8 when the level of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylecgonine, exceeded the specified limit.

Elston has 184 micrograms of the drug in his blood.

Possession of cannabis in Stevenage on the same date, May 12.
