Welwyn Garden City Folk Dance Club is urging people to put on their dancing shoes and enjoy a social evening for everyone.

The club meets every Thursday between 8pm and 10pm at the Welwyn Garden City United Reform Church opposite Sainsbury’s in Church Lane.

A spokesman said: “Learn to dance in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Beginners are welcome, and all the dances are walked through before being danced.”

He added people can pop down alone or with a friend. For more information call 01707 336443.
