Banned from driving for 12 months.

Catalin Iordache: 35, of Elmoor Close, Welwyn.

Drove a black Audi in Brockswood Lane while over the drink drive limit on May 18.

Iordache had 81 microgrammes in 100millilitres of breath.

Fined £1,200. Ordered to pay victim services £120 and £85 court costs.

Banned from driving for 20 months. Disqualification obligatory for the offence.

Matthew Salmon: 24, of Heronswood Road, WGC.

Assaulted a female in Borehamwood on May 11.

On May 15 sent an electronic message, making a verbal threat to “brick windows in”.

Made threats over the telephone and attended the victim’s address in Borehamwood on May 9.

Community order made.

The defendant must participate in an accredited programme for 30 days, Building Better Relationships.

He must also participate in an activity supervised by a responsible officer for up to 15 days.

Fined £40. Ordered to pay victim services £85 and £85 court costs.

Michael Bell: 26, of The Broadway, Potters Bar.

Used an Audi in Raymonds Plain, WGC, on December 12 without insurance.

On May 11, 2015 in Harpenden, failed to give information relating to the driver of a Hyundai who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
