Khaleel Siddiquee: 21, of Robins Way, Hatfield.

Drove a silver VW Golf in Hatfield on September 27 while over the drink drive limit.

He had 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Siddiquee was also driving without a licence or insurance.

Fined £120.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Banned from driving for 14 months.

Behrad Vahedi: 40, of Oaklea, Welwyn.

Drove a Volkswagen Passat in South Mimms on September 23 while over the drink drive limit.

Vahedi had 111 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Fined £865.

Ordered to pay victim services £86 and court costs of £85.

Banned from driving for 23 months.

William Williams: 52, C/O Dalewood, Panshanger.

Without reasonable excuse he was with an individual in WGC on October 23 who he banned from being with by a restraining order.

He was also with this person at her home address in WGC on October 27.

Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence.

Fined £250.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Bobby Barhey: 25, of De Havilland Close, Hatfield.

Stole a £350 bicycle at Hatfield train station on July 14.

Stole a £250 bicycle at the train station again on July 16.

Stole 44 chocolate bars worth £56.76 from Aldi in Hatfield on October 27.

Assaulted a police officer in the execution of his duty in Hatfield on October 27.

Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence.

Jailed for five weeks, suspended for 12 months.

Ordered to pay compensation to cover the cost of the stolen bikes, plus £25 for the assault.

Fined £50.

Octavian Bazgan: 20, of Ground Lane, Hatfield.

Used a Volkswagen in Bishops Rise, Hatfield, when there was no insurance on April 23.

Fined £660.

Resisted a PC in the execution of his duty.
