on October 14 which he was banned from by a restraining order.

James Sullivan: 35, of Hawkshead Road, Potters Bar.

Stole a wallet containing bank cards and a driving licence between October 13-14 in St Albans.

Committed fraud in that he dishonestly used the bank card to buy food for himself in Luton on October 14.

On September 30, stole two pairs of sunglasses and a jumper in Hatfield.

Without the consent of the owner, took a Mercedes Sprinter van for use for yourself or another in Hatfield on September 11.

Stole £200 from an individual in Stevenage between July 26-28.

Stole a pint of milk on September 11 from Ocado in Hatfield.

Community order made.

Folgate is banned from entering Ocado in Gypsy Moth Avenue, Hatfield for a year.

He must comply with the instructions from a responsible officer and participate in up to eight days’ activity.
