On December 30 in Potters Bar, knowing that payment was expected for alcohol, made off without paying £53.40.

On two occasions, went into a pub in Potters Bar on that date while intoxicated by alcohol, which he was banned from doing by a criminal behaviour order.

Ordered to pay compensation of £53.40, which will be deducted from his benefits.
