Stole a box of Fosters lager from Asda in Hatfield on January 19.

Used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in Hatfield on the same date.

Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence.

Jailed for three months due to “flagrant disregard for court orders”.

Ordered to pay victim services £115 and £85 court costs.

Elaine Warby: of Richards Street, Hatfield.

Breached a domestic violence protection order in Hatfield on January 31.

Fined £50.

Shawn James: 47, of Greenfield, WGC.

Assaulted two women by beating them in WGC on February 5.

Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence.

Fined £332.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Daniel Gorman: 30, of Errington Close, Hatfield.

Fraudulently used licence plates in Hatfield on February 4.

Used an Audi Sport in Hatfield on the same date when it was unlicensed, had no test certificate or insurance.

Dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a police slow traffic sign.

Drove a silver BMW on January 1 in Hemel Hempstead while over the drink drive limit.

Gorman had 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Drove while banned and without insurance.

Assaulted a man in WGC on December 15.

Drove a BMW in WGC on December 15 while banned, without insurance or due care and attention.

Failed to turn up to court on January 8.

On June 6 in 2017, drove a Mazda in Hatfield while banned and without insurance.

Failed to turn up to court on July 13 in St Albans.

Jailed for 24 weeks.

Ordered to pay victim services £115.

Banned from driving for 18 months.

David Brice: 27, of Dellsome Lane, Welham Green.

Stole meat from Marks and Spencer in St Albans on January 21, January 30 and February 4.

Possession of cannabis in St Albans on February 4.

Ordered to pay victim services £115.

Jailed for three weeks, suspended for 12 months.

Thomas Monk: 24, of Motts Close, Watton at Stone.

Committed fraud in that he sold two car seats but never delivered the items, intending to make a gain of £270 for himself.

Failed to turn up at court on February 4.

Fined £150.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £620 court costs.

Leah Menzies: 38, of Chambers Grove, WGC.

Possession of criminal property, namely clothes and tools in WGC on December 24.

Community order made.

Menzies is under curfew for eight weeks and must comply with the instructions from a responsible officer for up to 15 days.

Ordered to pay victim services £85 and £85 court costs.

Opeide Addy: 47, of Gould Close, North Mymms.

Drove a Nissan Qashqai in Lemsford Road, Hatfield, on May 4 while over the drink drive limit.

Addy had 197 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

Fined £300.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £620 court costs.

Banned from driving for 18 months.

Andrew Kaye: 38, of Wellgarth, WGC.

Drove a Ford Focus in Chesunt on April 22 at 47mph when the limit was 40mph.

Fined £146.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and costs of £85.

Three penalty points issued.

Jason Nicolaou: 28, of Peartree Lane, WGC.

Possession of cannabis in WGC on December 11.

Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Ordered to pay victim services £20 and court costs of £85.

Nicholas Buckman: 29, of Sloansway, WGC.

Assaulted two men by beating them in WGC on May 20.

Community order made for 180 hours unpaid work.

Ordered to pay compensation of £825 and £85 court costs.

Sean Winter: 28, of Garden Road, Woolmer Green.

Assault by beating two men in WGC on May 20.

Community order made for 220 hours of unpaid work.

Winter will also be under curfew for four months.

Ordered to pay compensation of £825, £85 to victim services and £85 court costs.

Anthony Barrett: 52, of St Albans Road, Codicote.

Dishonestly made off without paying for petrol worth £10.01 in WGC on November 3.

Used a Peugeot in WGC on the same date when there was no insurance and without a licence.

Fined £200.

Ordered to pay compensation of £30 and £85 court costs.

Eight penalty points issued.

James Allibon: 38, of Deards End Lane, Knebworth.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made on February 5.

The defendant failed to attend unpaid work on September 30. October 21 and 28.

Fined £125.

Ordered to pay costs of £85.

Andrew Sparks: 25, of Hillcrest, Hatfield.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made on May 1 in that he failed to attend unpaid work on October 20 and 27.

An additional 30 hours of unpaid work has been added to the unpaid work requirement order, bringing the total to 305 hours.

Ordered to pay costs of £85.
