Domenico Guddemi: 78, of St Albans Road West, Hatfield.

Drove a Mercedes in Hatfield on June 5, exceeding the 30mph on two occasions that day.

Christopher Vickers: 33, of Burleigh Way, Cuffley.

Assaulted two men by beating them in St Albans on March 18.

Oliver Smith: 36, of Northfield, Hatfield.

Without good reason had a kitchen knife in Long Mead, Hatfield, on June 10.

Community order made.

Smith must comply with the instructions of a responsible officer and participate in any activity as required for up to 30 days.

Adam Cassey: 20, of Layton Street, Welwyn.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order.

Cassey failed to attend a Thinking Skills Programme on July 18 and failed to attend a probation appointment on July 29.

New and varied requirements made to the community order.

The defendant must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

An additional 20 hours were added due to the breach. Ordered to pay costs of £50.

David Chamberlain: 61, of Heather Road, WGC.

Pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in that he sent her numerous voicemails and Whatsapp messages between September 27 and October 1.

Restraining order made.

Robert Napier: 42, of no fixed abode.

Stole alcohol worth £44 from Asda in Hatfield on November 3.

He went back to the store two more times that day, again stealing alcohol worth £80.50 and £75.

Ordered to pay compensation of £177.50, £20 to victim services and £40 court costs.

Lucy Airth: 42, of Harwood Hill, WGC.

Used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in WGC on June 1.

Assaulted a PC in the execution of his duty in WGC on June 2.

Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence.

Jailed for nine weeks because offences were in breach of order.

Ordered to pay victim services £115 and £300 court costs.

Billy Markham: 47, of Thistle Grove, WGC.

Disclosed a private sexual photograph or film without the consent of the woman who appeared in the picture or film, with the intent of causing that individual distress in WGC on March 5.

Community order made.

Markham must comply with an electronic curfew for three months.

A restraining order was made, lasting until November 19, 2019.

He must not contact the victim directly or indirectly.

Ordered to pay compensation of £100, £85 to victim services and £200 court costs.
