Community order made.

Offender to comply with instructions of the responsible officer or participate in activity for up to 10 days.

Assaulted a man on October 6 in Hatfield.

Drove a Piaggio Vespa in Hatfield on July 2 when the proportion of two controlled drugs exceeded the specified limit.

The drugs were Benzoylecgonine and Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol.

He was also driving without insurance.

Banned from driving for 12 months.

Disqualification was obligatory for the offence.

Drove a Kia in Denham on April 5, exceeding the 30mph limit.

Kurt Stevens: 33, of Boundary Lane, WGC.

Failed without reasonable

excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order in that he failed to attend scheduled appointments on August 8 and 21.

Fined £40.
