COMMUTERS in Welwyn Hatfield face travel disruption on the railway this evening (Wednesday).
For a problem with the overhead lines further up the line at Hitchin is affecting services by up to 50 minutes.
A spokesman for rail operator First Capital Connect said: "Because of an overhead wire problem at Hitchin, journeys may be delayed by up to 50 minutes.
"This is mostly affecting services towards London King's Cross."
Delays are expected until at least 6.45pm.
