Kyle Kavanagh: 24, of Honeysuckle Gardens, Hatfield. On December 5, 2019 was in possession of a quantity of cannabis at Hatfield. Obstructed a Police Officer in the execution of his duty at Hatfield on December 5, 2019. Fined £50 plus victim services £34, court costs £85 and compensation £150.

Bobby Barhey: 27, of Boundary Lane, Welwyn Garden City. Stole washing powder from Co-Op, Hatfield on January 30 and February 24. Stole alcohol from Co-Op, Hatfield on February 25 and March 3. Community order made. Ordered to pay compensation £70.

Josephine Matthews: 52, of Poyders Meadows, Codicote. Stole meat items from Co-Op, Knebworth on May 11, 2020. Fined £80 plus compensation £36, victim services £34 and court costs £85.

Lee Stannard: 41, of Robins Way, Hatfield. On August 2 was possession of a quantity of cannabis at Thetford. Fined £80 plus victim services £34 and court costs £85.

Michael Dormer: 35, of Knella Road, Welwyn. Stole meat items from Aldi, Hatfield on September 3. Failed to surrender to custody at St Albans on October 19. Fined £80 plus court costs £85 and compensation £75.

David Beach: 56, of Littlemead, Hatfield. Resisted a Police Officer in the execution of his duty on August 8 at Hatfield. Fined £120 plus victim services £34 and court costs £85.

Kevin Ennin: 28, of Wellfield Road, Hatfield. Drove a Mercedes Vito on May 6, 2020 at St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead at 54mph when the speed limit was 40mph. Drove a Mercedes Vito on May 9, 2020 at Rickmansworth Road, Watford at 44mph when the speed limit was 30mph. On May 23 drove a Mercedes Vito at Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead at 38mph when the speed limit was 30mph. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 days. Fined £80 plus victim services £34 and court costs £85.

Dorin Maghiar: 43, of Deerswood Avenue, Hatfield. On February 17 used threatening and abusive behaviour at Welwyn. Fined £150 plus victim services £32.

James Goulden: 32, of Dellsome Lane, Welham Green. Between November 26 and 28 stole a Christmas tree and other Christmas items from a woman at Welwyn Garden City. Fined £80 plus compensation £89 and court costs £85. 

Richard Spencer-Heaton: 53, of Great North Road, Welwyn. Stole make-up and toiletries from Boots, Hatfield on March 11. Used threatening and abusive behaviour to a woman at Hatfield on March 11. Fined £50 plus court costs £85 and compensation £100. Community order made – drug rehabilitation requirement.

Gary Ojuederie: 41, of Dugdale Hill Lane, Potters Bar. On September 16 was in possession of quantity of cocaine at Watford and resisted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Ordered to pay victim service £22 and court costs £85.

Catalin-Valentin Dobre: 46, of Briars Lane, Hatfield. On February 12 drove a Volvo V50 at Bishops Rise, Hatfield while over the drink drive limit. Dobre had 50 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £184, plus victim service £34 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

Kinda Jones: 28, of Harwood Hill, Welwyn Garden City. Drove a Renault at Cole Green Lane, Welwyn Garden City on November 30 when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £200 plus victim service £32 and court costs £200.

Chandra Kuma: 69, of Digswell Place, Welwyn Garden City. On September 8 collided and caused damage to a parked car at Lister Hospital multi storey car park, Stevenage. Failed to report the accident at a police station. Fined £384 plus victim services £34 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 5 points.

Joshua Parker: 22, of Chequers Field, Welwyn Garden City. Drove a Chevrolet Kalos on Bridge Road, Welwyn Garden City when there was a proportion of marijuana in his blood on August 27. Fined £200 plus victim services £34 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Kevin Pegg: 52, of Middlefield, Welwyn Garden City. Between September 26 and December 21 stole gift cards from Royal Mail, Welwyn Garden City. Ordered to pay compensation £126 plus victim services £22 and court costs £85.

Siobhan Mcgrath: 44, of Stonecross Road, Hatfield. On August 22 drove a Vauxhall Vivaro on the A1 junction 6-7 without consideration for other drivers using the road in that she was travelling in excess of the speed limit and failed to give way to police when they were responding to an accident. Fined £440 plus victim service £44 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.

Tara Ezatpanah-Fard: 21, of Mosquito Way, Hatfield. Between September 25 and 26 breached COVID-19 regulations by participating in a gathering of more than six people at a property in Hatfield. Fined £100 plus victim service £34.

Patricia Kelway-Smith-Carington: 73, of Deeves Hall Lane, Ridge, Potter Bar. On February 1, 2020 used threatening and abusive behaviour towards a woman in Potters Bar. Damaged a Range Rover Evoke belonging to a woman in Potters Bar on February 1, 2020. Fined £588 plus compensation £350, victim services £58 and court costs £620.
