On May 23 drove a Mercedes Vito at Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead at 38mph when the speed limit was 30mph. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 days. James Goulden: 32, of Dellsome Lane, Welham Green. Between November 26 and 28 stole a Christmas tree and other Christmas items from a woman at Welwyn Garden City. Fined £80 plus compensation £89 and court costs £85.

Richard Spencer-Heaton: 53, of Great North Road, Welwyn. Stole make-up and toiletries from Boots, Hatfield on March 11. Used threatening and abusive behaviour to a woman at Hatfield on March 11. Fined £50 plus court costs £85 and compensation £100. Community order made – drug rehabilitation requirement.

Gary Ojuederie: 41, of Dugdale Hill Lane, Potters Bar. On September 16 was in possession of quantity of cocaine at Watford and resisted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Ordered to pay victim service £22 and court costs £85.

Catalin-Valentin Dobre: 46, of Briars Lane, Hatfield. On February 12 drove a Volvo V50 at Bishops Rise, Hatfield while over the drink drive limit. Dobre had 50 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £184, plus victim service £34 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

Kinda Jones: 28, of Harwood Hill, Welwyn Garden City. Drove a Renault at Cole Green Lane, Welwyn Garden City on November 30 when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £200 plus victim service £32 and court costs £200.

Chandra Kuma: 69, of Digswell Place, Welwyn Garden City. On September 8 collided and caused damage to a parked car at Lister Hospital multi storey car park, Stevenage.
