28 and November 22, he sent 32 text messages which he was banned from doing by a restraining order.

On January 14, he attended an address in Welwyn which he was banned from doing by a restraining order.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Money to be deducted from benefits.

Ross Phillips: 39, of Amethyst Walk, WGC.

Drove an Audi Q7 in Stevenage at 72mph when the limit was 40mph on May 6.

Fined £450.

Ordered to pay victim services £45 and costs of £85.

Six penalty points issued.

Debbie Thompson: 59, of Linnet Walk, Hatfield.

Used a Renault Megane in Queensway, Hatfield, on April 7 when there was no test certificate in force.

Fined £50.

Vuyani Ntaisi: 51, of Wilga Road, Welwyn.

Drove a vehicle in WGC while over the drink drive limit on December 8.

Ntaisi had 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Fined £120.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Banned from driving for 17 months.

Holly Siddons: 23, of Warren Wood Mews, Hatfield.

Drove a vehicle in Potters Bar on December 8 while over the drink drive limit.

Siddons had 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Fined £401.

Ordered to pay victim services £40 and £85 court costs.

Banned from driving for 18 months.

Alieu Njie: 21, of Aldykes, Hatfield.

Drove a BMW in Maryland, Hatfield, on September 6 while disqualified and without insurance.

Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge.

Community order made.

Njie must take part in a Thinking Skills programme for 19 days and participate in 10 days of activity as directed by a responsible officer.

He must also carry out 180 hours of unpaid work.

Ordered to pay victim services £85 and £620 court costs.

Banned from driving for 18 months.

Vygintas Urencas: 30, of Goldings Crescent, Hatfield.

Driving while disqualified, while over the limit and without insurance.

Urencas was caught driving a Ford Focus in Queensway, Hatfield, on December 5.

He had 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Fined £900.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Banned from driving for 20 months.

Neil Gandecha: 36, of Hitchin Road, Codicote.

Drove a Porsche on the A1(M) between Junction 8 to 7 at 123mph when the limit was 70mph on May 8.

Fined £360.

Ordered to pay victim services £36 and costs of £85.

Banned from driving for 80 days.
