Stole two bottles of gin worth £70 from Waitrose in WGC on May 2.

Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order.

Jailed for four weeks due to his previous record. Ordered to pay victim services £115.

Jeremiah Lyons: 36, of Whitethorn, WGC.

Assault by beating a male and female on August 26 in Borehamwood.

Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months.

Magistrates deemed the assaults to be especially serious given that they happened in a domestic setting after he was asked to leave twice. It was also a sustained attack.

A restraining order was made for him not to contact the victims.

He was ordered to pay compensation of £250, £115 to victim services and £620 court costs. Lyons must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months.

Kim OGrady: 53, of Parsonage Road, North Mymms.

Stole groceries worth £192.27 from Tesco in Potters Bar on March 2.

Fined £100.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 costs.

John Walker: 49, of Northdown Road, Hatfield.

Assaulted a PC in the execution of his duty at Hatfield police station on February 7.

On or between November 1 to February 6 in Hatfield, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment in that he contacted a woman by phone and showed up at her workplace.

Ordered to pay compensation of £100. Ordered to pay victim services £85 and £620 court costs.

Restraining order made, banning him from contacting the victim until May 7 2023.

He will also be under curfew for 16 weeks with electronic monitoring. He must remain at home between 7pm and 7am until August 27.

Charnie Zenonos: 19, of Kimptons Mead, Potters Bar.

Drove a Ford Fiesta in Hatfield on January 22 when the proportion of a controlled drug in his system exceeded the specified limit.

Zenonos had 2.1microgrammes of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. Fined £120.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Banned from driving for a year.

Ross Beech: 39, of Stockbreach Road, Hatfield.

Stole perfume worth £238.50 from Debenhams in WGC on April 29.

Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 monhts.

Ordered to pay £170 compensation, £85 court costs and £115 towards victim services.

Joseph Asamoah: 60, of Gregory Avenue, Potters Bar.

Drove an unlicensed Renault Laguna on Chase Side, London, on August 24.

Fined £146 plus £25.42 vehicle excise back duty and £85 costs.

Noel Galligan: 37, of High Street, Codicote.

Assaulted a police constable in the execution of her duty at Codicote on March 24.

Fined £120 plus £50 compensation, £85 costs and £30 towards victim services.

Mark Millinder: 36, of Heath Drive, Potters Bar.

Drove a Peugeot 206 at 37mph along the 30mph A1000 Barnet Road, north of Ashwood Road, Potters Bar, on August 9, and at 41mp on the same road on September 2.

Fined £183 plus £200 costs and £30 towards victim services.

Awarded seven penalty points.

Chloe Green: 19, of Ross Close, Hatfield.

Failed to hand over a ticket for inspection when asked to do so en route near Hatfield station on September 5.

Fined £220 plus £9.80 compensation, £125 court costs and £30 towards victim services.

John Stock: 24, of Briars Wood, Hatfield.

Failed to hand over a ticket for inspection when asked to do so at Hatfield station on September 9.

Fined £220 plus £8.50 compensation, £125 court costs and £30 towards victim services.
