A WGC woman is set to appear before magistrates tomorrow (Tuesday) following a traffic collision in which a father-of-four died.
Debra Kelly, 38, of Tubbs Croft has been charged with causing death by careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident and failing to report an accident.
The charges relate to a collision on the A414 on May 13, in which cyclist Kenneth Lush, 47, died.
Kelly will appear before Central Herts Magistrates' court in St Albans.
