Staff at a Welwyn Garden City department store worked up a sweat in aid of a good cause.
John Lewis partners took part in Will of Iron, a fundraiser for Willow, which has its headquarters in Welwyn Garden City.
Willow is the chosen charity at the store and staff took part in various fundraising activities to generate cash for Special Days throughout the year.
Special Days are given to those with life-threatening illnesses and range from anything from a weekend break, meeting a football team or going to the Harry Potter Studios.
To complete Will of Iron, a team of staff worked together to tackle a 2.4-mile swim, a 112 mile cycle and a 26.2 mile run.
Part of the triathlon efforts took place in the sports department.
Staff raised over £175.
Nearly 30 John Lewis partners took part, 16 Partners on the static bike last Wednesday plus seven runners and four swimmers throughout the week.
