THE Howard Centre in WGC is up for sale, the Welwyn & Hatfield Times understands.
Owner Land Securities is reportedly in talks to sell the shopping centre to global property company LaSalle Investment Management.
Opened in 1990, the Howard Centre was developed by Slough Estates and named after WGC founder Sir Ebenezer Howard.
Land Securities took over the running of the building in 2004.
