Workers at Morrisons in Panshanger are offering free mince pies and hot drinks to pensioners next Tuesday.

Morrisons in Black Fan Road, will be welcoming local pensioners to join them for a mince pie and tea or coffee next Tuesday, December 1 between 2.30pm and 5pm.

The pensioners are invited to stop by the store’s café where free refreshments will be served.

Chris Stafford, general manager, said: “We’re very grateful of our loyal customers and this is just intended to be a small token to show our appreciation ahead of Christmas.

“We look forward to seeing some very familiar faces.”
