A BLUE plaque is set to be unveiled on Saturday at the first occupied house in WGC.
Little is known about WGC’s first resident J. W. Horseman, who moved into 43 Handside Lane on December 6, 1920.
Welwyn Hatfield mayor Howard Morgan will unveil the plaque at a special ceremony.
