STRICTLY Come Dancing star Alesha Dixon is getting set to take on a new challenge - climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
As the WHT reported last year the WGC stunner will join Girls Aloud singers Cheryl Cole and Kimberley Walsh, Radio One DJs Chris Moyles and Fearne Cotton, boyband favourites Ronan Keating and Gary Barlow and presenters Denise Van Outen and Ben Shephard to raise funds for Comic Relief.
The climb, which takes place next month, was officially launched on Monday.
Alesha said: "It's hard to find the words to describe how I feel about doing this because I've never done anything remotely like it before in my life.
"I'm not exactly a seasoned camper either - I remember the first time I slept in a tent when I was at primary school and it was great but I didn't want to go to the toilet in the night."
