AN inquest has been opened after a man died in hospital following gastric bypass surgery.
David Burrage, 22, of Broomhills, WGC, died at Luton and Dunstable Hospital on Wednesday, April 22 from complications following the surgery.
Secondary causes of death were given as diabetes and hypertension.
The inquest was opened last Wednesday at Dunstable Coroner's Court and adjourned to a later date.
