The Homestead Court Hotel has been supporting WGC-based Isabel Hospice for just over a decade by holding party evenings every Christmas, at which guests take part in raffles.

Following the most recent event, Homestead representatives handed over a £1,000 cheque earlier this month, taking its total amount raised for Isabel Hospice to £10,747.

Managing director Nabil Lababedi said: “Homestead Court recognise Isabel Hospice as a local charity, for local people, with all the money generated caring for the those in the immediate community.

“As our property is based just one mile away from their In-Patient Unit, we feel the hotel is placed suitably to spread more awareness about the charity, and are delighted to be giving them extra support in raising the funds they need.”

The hospice’s community fundraiser Laura Pigott praised thanked the hotel for its support, adding: “It gives us great encouragement to know how well-supported we are by our local community.”
