Being the person in charge of a Ford Puma, caused an unnecessary obstruction of the road in Endymion Mews on September 8.

The car was completely blocking the entry point to Endymion Mews, forcing vehicles turning into the road onto the side of exiting traffic.

As there was also no pavement, any pedestrians entering into and out of the road would be in the space of exiting traffic.
