TEENAGE athlete Jodie Williams remains on course for a sensational sprint double at the IAAF World Youth Championships in Bressanone, Italy.
The 15-year-old Herts Phoenix runner from Welwyn Garden City eased into the 200m final as the fastest qualifier, clocking 23.44 seconds in her semi-final today (Saturday).
After blasting her way to gold on Thursday in the 100m, Queenswood School pupil Williams is now in with a great chance of another world title.
Williams, who has a personal and season's 200m best of 23.25 secs, will be joined in the final by fellow Brit Shaunna Thompson.
