A Welwyn Garden City man has been fined after having a crowbar and mini axe for use in connection with theft.

Andrew Mason, 31, of Cole Green Lane, appeared at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on April 24.

He admitted having the two items in Welwyn Garden City on November 27.

Mason was fined £100.

He was ordered to pay victim services £30.
