A flood warning has been issued for St Albans and Welwyn Hatfield districts.
The Met Office is expecting heavy rainfall on Sunday, April 29 and Monday, April 30, possibly up to 70mm in some places.
The rain will be accompanied by strong gale force northerly winds.
